Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide them with exceptional service.
- Listen to customers' descriptions of their vehicle issues and provide accurate repair recommendations.
- Prepare detailed repair orders and estimates.
- Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle and any changes in repair needs.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and explain vehicle repair concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- ASE certification is a plus, but we offer training opportunities for those with little to no prior experience.
Hours
- Full-Time | 30 – 40 hours/week
- Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm
