Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide them with exceptional service. 
• Listen to customers' descriptions of their vehicle issues and provide accurate repair recommendations. 
• Prepare detailed repair orders and estimates. 
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs. 
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle and any changes in repair needs. 
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships. 

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
• Ability to understand and explain vehicle repair concepts. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. 
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. 
• ASE certification is a plus, but we offer training opportunities for those with little to no prior experience. 

Hours

• Full-Time | 30 – 40 hours/week 
• Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm
